2 Days of Awesome in Canmore | July 11 – 13, 2014

In our hyper-connected, technologically obsessed world, we all too seldom get the chance to connect with nature and reflect on our personal well-being. But who has the time? Luckily for those busy folks seeking rejuvenation and personal growth, the 2 Days of Awesome retreat in Canmore offers a transformational set of experiences in the span of just one weekend.
Taking place from Friday, July 11th to Sunday, July 13, the retreat guides you through scenic hikes, meditation classes, outdoor yoga, acupuncture, stand-up paddle boarding lessons, wine tastings, elaborate dinners, breathing workshops and more, all in the sublime Rocky Mountain setting of Canmore.
Cost is $450 per person which includes the following:
  • 2 morning Yoga sessions with grounding meditation
  • 1 Stand-up Paddle Boarding lesson
  • 1 guided hike in Banff National Park
  • 2 Optimal Living workshops (with special guests Trevor Yelich and John Coleman)
  • NADA Acupuncture Treatment (with special guest Angela Knox)
  • Morning tea/coffee/healhy and delicious snacks
  • 1 beautiful raw lunch picnic with Glow Food, Banff
  • 1 gourmet interactive dinner experience with Wild Orchid Bistro (gluten free, asian-inspired-delicious)
Participants can choose to follow the detailed Awesome itinerary, or do things at their own pace. The weekend’s events wrap up on Sunday afternoon, giving you plenty of time to get home in time for, sigh, work on Monday.
You won’t need to bring much, as it’s all provided by the retreat, but be sure to pack your hiking boots, sunscreen, bathing suit and water bottle.
If you’re planning to attend this once in a lifetime retreat, look to the BEST WESTERN PLUS Pocaterra Inn for comfortable accommodations in the heart of Canmore. We are proud to be the #1 2 Days of Awesome Hotel in Canmore!
