BEST WESTERN PLUS Pocaterra Inn Policies
Check-in time is anytime after 4pm (early check-in requests cannot be guaranteed)
Check-out time is 11:00am (late check-out is not permitted on Saturday or Sundays, but
throughout the week requests will be accommodated when possible.)
Guests aged 17 and under, at time of travel, are considered to be children. Children
will stay free in the same room as a paying adult when using existing bedding.
Payment Policies and Deposit Information
A valid credit card must be presented at check-in.
You may pay by credit card, cash, Travelers Cheques, or BEST WESTERN Travel Card upon departure.
A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. The hotel will authorize the credit
card on the day of arrival. If we are unable to secure authorization on the credit card, the
hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy is 48 hours before day of arrival.
Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance will be charged the full first nights accommodation.
Please record the cancellation number you will be given for your own records.
Currency and Taxes
All rates are confirmed and will be charged in Canadian Dollars.
All room rates are quoted before taxes.
Room rates are subject to 5% GST, 4% Tourism Levy and 3% Destination Marketing Fee.
Extra Guests
All room rates are based on single or double occupancy.
An additional charge of $10 per night will apply for each guest above double occupancy.
Rollaway Beds and Cribs
Rollaway beds are available for $15.00 plus tax per night.
Cribs and playpens may be obtained complimentary

Pet Policy
Pets are allowed based on the availability of pet friendly rooms. Up to 2 dogs per room with an 80 pound weight limit.
Additional pet types (cats, birds, etc.) may be accepted at the hotels discretion.
Pet rate is $15.00 per pet, per stay.
If damage occurs, excessive cleaning is needed, or there is a guest disturbance, the hotel may charge additionally to cover the costs or repair/cleaning and/or compensation costs.
